Tara Storke, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified
Hypnotherapist, has successfully helped clients with the use of
hypnosis for many years. During these three individual sessions,
you will learn the basics of hypnosis and will experience hypnosis
in the sanctity of Oak Haven Gardens. We will create three customized
hypnosis CDs for you to take with you to reinforce your learning.

ON-GOING FREE WEEKLY MEDITATION GROUPS
Join Tara for coaching in meditation practice. Groups are
offered at Oak Haven Gardens at no charge as a sharing of a fulfilling
experience.
Discover simple, effective techniques to connect with your inner
being, to reduce blood pressure and anxiety, to enjoy the company
of other spiritually-minded people.
Meditation is an individual experience and is not limited to any
religious orientation. Beginners and veterans alike can immediately
enjoy the benefits of this weekly group meditation practice.

A DAY IN THE GARDEN: HOLIDAY WREATH-MAKING
Saturday, September 25th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
$75 includes lunch, snack and materials ($65 non-refundable, for
reservations received by September 19th and checks received by
September 22nd). Overnight accommodations are available.
Use nature’s vast array of seeds, pods, cones, leaves and
twigs to create holiday cheer and beauty, all the while acknowledging
and reconnecting with the beauty and simplicity around us.
