DRUMMING AND HARMONIC BALANCING FOR THE NEW YEAR

Celebrate the beginning of the new year with its increasing light, balancing to the harmonic vibration of Tibetan bowls, and enjoying camaraderie and friendship in the beauty and serenity of Oak Haven Gardens. Join other lively spirits in the joy of music and dance with informal instruction by Francesca Bolognini. No prior experience necessary.

ON-GOING FREE WEEKLY MEDITATION GROUPS
Join Tara for coaching in meditation practice. Groups are
offered at Oak Haven Gardens at no charge as a sharing of a fulfilling
experience.
Discover simple, effective techniques to connect with your inner
being, to reduce blood pressure and anxiety, to enjoy the company
of other spiritually-minded people.
Meditation is an individual experience and is not limited to any
religious orientation. Beginners and veterans alike can immediately
enjoy the benefits of this weekly group meditation practice.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: ATTRACTING ABUNDANCE INTO YOUR LIFE
Enjoy three individual one to one-and-a-half hour sessions for only
$200 (a $330 value). Schedule appointments at your convenience.

Hypnotherapist, has successfully helped clients with the use of
hypnosis for many years. During these three individual sessions,
you will learn the basics of hypnosis and will experience hypnosis
in the sanctity of Oak Haven Gardens. We will create three customized
hypnosis CDs for you to take with you to reinforce your learning.

On-Going FREE Monthly ADULT CHILDREN OF AGING PARENTS SUPPORT GROUP
Join Tara Storke, M.S., LMFT, in a supportive group with other caretakers of older and ailing parents. Share your experiences and frustrations in a supportive, non-judgmental setting.
When: Every third Friday of the month, noon to 1:30 p.m.
Where: McMillan Room (west end of church bldg.)

On-Going FREE Monthly ALS (Lou Gehrig Disease) SUPPORT GROUP
This monthly group, facilitated by Tara Storke, M.S., LMFT, is a gathering of ALS patients and their care-givers for speaker presentations, support, and sharing of resources in an up-beat, positive atmosphere.
When: Every third Saturday of the month, 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Where: Auditorium (off the Main lobby, to the right)
